Stainless Steel Prototype

Porcelain Tile Medallion

Abrasive waterjet was the perfect cutting technology for this porcelain tile medallion. The medallion clearly enhances the appearance of this commercial facility entryway.

Chicago Board of Trade Building

Restoration components for the metal artwork above the revolving door pictured, were cut from 1/4" thick type 316 stainless steel with one of our abrasive waterjet machines. Working closely with our client, we developed and cut several test pieces to insure the proper appearance and perfect fit at installation.

Electrical Enclosure Modifications

This "off the shelf" enclosure was modified using one of our abrasive waterjet machines. The enclosure door has been removed to provide a view of the miscellaneous openings we cut in the sidewall of the cabinet. If you look closely, we have also inserted a photo which shows the control electronics mounted in place on the side of the cabinet.
